Thank you for contacting Yates.

When plants tend to die from the top down or rot it is a general indication that they have received a bit too much water at some point and a fungal issue has taken hold.

This is something that can regularly occur in succulents and cacti. If possible, try and limit the water to the base of the plant and re-pot if necessary in a free draining mix. To treat the rotting we recommend using Yates Anti Rot and apply every 4 weeks. Just be sure to spray the entire plant and following label directions when applying.
