Medium_img_9161 White dots like disease found on the leaves of Lilly Pilly. And some of them are dying. Please help!

Hi experts, I have about 20 Lilly Pillies at my backyard. All of them are affected by white dots like disease or fungus as you can see on picture. Two of them have half of leaves turned brown. Please help me to identify the disease.
