Medium_tree_4 my eugenia ventenatii (philly lily) leaves are turning yellow and falling off. pls help

I purchased these tree's about 3 months ago, and got them 2m tall. In the past 2 weeks I've noticed the leaves turning yellowy orange and falling off!

Thank you for contacting Yates.
It’s likely due to underwatering as the roots are not yet established for the hot summer. Keeping up with watering and adding some liquid Dynamic lifter to help the root growth.
