Brian
Planted banana sucker. Now approx 4 mtr tall with 3 suckers. No sign of fruiting. Remove main???

All very healthy growing in the chook pen. Local residents all have bunches on.

Answer: Hi Brian,

Thank you for contacting Yates. We would recommmend removing the suckers since the main plant has not yet flowered. At times climatic conditions, physiological stress lack of nutrients and water can extend flowering time. Best to feed the plantain more regularly with Thrive Natural Citrus & Fruit Liquid Plant Food and water more regularly.
