Medium_veranda_plant_2 My pot plant has grown so tall it has hit the veranda roof. Foliage at the top only, bare stem. What can I do

I don't know what the plant is - started in a smallish pot about 40cm high and kept growing after re-potting. The stem is bare, long variegated foliage at the top.

Answer: Hi Bev,
Thank you for contacting Yates.

You happy plant definitely looks very happy. Yes, you can prune the bare stem to the desired height and new growth will reappear from the cut end. You may try to repot with fresh potting mix. Try Yates Potting Mix with Dynamic Lifter. It’s an all purpose organic-based potting mix suitable for most indoor and outdoor potted plants. It is ideal for use when potting fruiting plants, vegetables, flowers and shrubs.
