Medium_bug anyone know what type of bug this is? Is it a pest to my Lilly Pillys?

Answer: Hi David,

Thank you for contacting Yates.

From the photos provided, they look like Jewel beetle, most likely a Castiarina species.

They feed on flowers of native trees and currently we do not have a registered product to control them. Please consider feeding the trees with Dynamic Lifter Soil Improver & Plant Fertiliser to keep them healthy.
