We have what looks like tiny white eggs on cabbage seedlings. Any advice would be really helpful.

Answer: These eggs could belong to the small cabbage white butterfly. There is no control for the eggs so you will have to resort to manually removing them or you can spray the leaves with Yates Success so that the plant will be protected once the caterpillars emerge.
