Garden Gazpacho

weddin di is talking about growing Carrot, Tomato, Cucumber, Eggplant, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Sweetcorn, Chilli, Herbs from South West Slopes

We are having gazpacho tonight with fried eggplant, corn cobs, rocket salad and homemade bagette on the side. Sounds yummy doesn't it...and I just picked all the ingredients to make it  except the tomatoes...I could only get about 6 tommy ...
