whist we have battled the bugs and lack of moisture the main garden is bearing fruits &veg that we are now picking cooking with &eating.

Radishes Rocket and Turnips Oh Yes!

The fun part of these at the moment is the way they make a kind of study in scale. All three have the typical double lobed brassica style first leaves but there's big radish leaves, medium sized rocket and tiny turnips. All coming along nicely....

Letting the soil settle and Test PH

I back filled the garden and used the tiller to break up the clay clumps and put in some Blood and Bone and fertilizer, this was 2 weeks ago and raked the soil over.

So far the weeds are doing well but I am keeping on top of them plucki...
