How to Grow Watercress
This evergreen perennial grows naturally along banks of creeks in the cooler parts of Australia. The peppery taste of watercress goes really well with sandwiches, winter dish and garnishes. The high content of Calcium, Iron and Vitamins also make watercress one of the super veggies.
