Sow direct where they are to grow or in trays of Yates Seed Raising Mix. Press lightly into surface and keep moist.
Care
For best colour and prolonged flowering, choose a lightly shaded, moist position. Add Yates Blood & Bone before planting and feed regularly with Yates Thrive Soluble Plant Food. Water well during warm dry weather. Protect from snails and slugs with Yates Blitzem.
Hint
Water regularly at base of plant to avoid fungal diseases. Remove central flower spike when blooms fade to encourage smaller side shoots to develop. Once established these plants will self seed for many years.
