How to Use
Measure out the required amount of product and add to water in a spray bottle. Mix thoroughly. Do not make up more than you will use in a day.
Spray foliage thoroughly when insects are first seen or if they reappear.
Spray underneath leaf surfaces as well. Yates Advanced Garden Insect Killer works by contact action so good coverage of insects is essential, including any hiding underneath foliage.
DO NOT use when shade temperatures are near 30°C or higher, or when the soil is dry, and plants are suffering from moisture stress.
DO NOT spray if it is raining or about to rain.
Withholding Period
Red Imported Fire Ant (Solenopsis invicta) QLD ONLY
Treat the ants by diluting 16 mL of product into 10 L of water and apply as a soil drench to the pot. Treat the plant once and allow 2-3 days for maximum efficacy.
Do not apply when bees are foraging.
Avoid handling pots for 48hrs after treatment and always wear rubber gloves.
To avoid possible plant damage only treat a small area to ascertain the reaction before treating the whole crop.
Permit is valid from 8/7/21 to 31/05/29 and is only for use in Queensland. Permit holder is DAF Biosecurity QLD Control Centre.
